How it works-
1- Bring the mouth piece close to your lips and exhale normally through nose.
2- Fix the mouth piece in your mouth and seal it with your lips.
3- Inhale slowly and deeply so that one by one the three balls rise in their chamber. Do not over breathe even if all balls do not rise. This is purp[ose of this exerciser to slowly improve your lung breathing capacity
4-Hold your breath for 3 Seconds before exhaling through the nose.
5- Repeat the process 10-15 times in one sitting. Will help if you did it twice a day.
